These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all contracts for removal, transport, and delivery services (“Services”) provided by Van Removals Ltd to any individual or business (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By booking, confirming, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Van Removals reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Van Removals provides local and national van transport, collection, and delivery services. The scope of our Services is limited to loading, transporting, and unloading items. We do not undertake any assembly, dismantling, installation, or disconnection of items, furniture, appliances, or equipment. Any such request will be refused, and the Company reserves the right to cancel the job without refund.
Bookings are confirmed once written confirmation is issued and payment is received. Customers must provide accurate details including addresses, access, and parking information. Incorrect information may result in price adjustment or cancellation.
All prices are in GBP (£). Payment must be made before or upon completion of the Service. Additional waiting time or route changes will incur extra charges.
Customers must ensure items are packed and ready, provide access and parking, and be present at collection and delivery. Van Removals is not liable for delays or additional costs due to access or parking issues.
Van Removals will not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, cash, or valuables exceeding £1,000 unless agreed in writing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund minus admin fees. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 50% charge; less than 24 hours incur full charge.
Van Removals holds Public Liability and Goods in Transit insurance. Liability for any loss or damage is limited to £1,000 or the value of the damaged item, whichever is lower. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Van Removals is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including traffic, breakdowns, or weather conditions.
Van Removals may subcontract services under the same conditions.
Van Removals may terminate service if customers behave abusively, premises are unsafe, or requests fall outside agreed scope, including assembly/dismantling work.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days to info@vanremovals.co.uk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Van Removals and the Customer. By confirming a booking, the Customer acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms in full.
